- Preschool · 3 to 4 years
Preschool in West Melbourne, where little kids become schoolkids.
The preschool room is where it all starts to click: letters get sounds, numbers get meaning, and your child discovers they are the kind of person who can do school. We make sure that discovery goes well.
- Ages 3 to 4
The launchpad for VPK and kindergarten.
- Early literacy daily
Letters, sounds, stories, and first writing.
- Meals included
Breakfast, lunch, and snack, every day.
- Open 6:30 to 6:00
Weekdays, built for working families.
- Inside the preschool room
Confidence, planted daily.
Threes and Fours are ready for real learning, and they get it here: letters and their sounds, counting that means something, scissors and pencils held the right way, and the stamina for a fuller learning day. All of it arrives through play, projects, and songs, because that is how this age actually learns.
Just as important are the invisible skills. Listening at circle time. Waiting a turn without melting down. Trying again when the tower falls. These are the muscles that make VPK and kindergarten feel easy.
And faith stays woven through the week, giving big feelings a gentle language and every child a reason to be kind.

- What they learn here
The kindergarten readiness checklist, started early.
By the time preschoolers step up to VPK, here is what they are carrying.
- Letter names and sounds, and their own name in print
- Counting with meaning, shapes, and early patterns
- Pencil grip, scissor skills, and first writing strokes
- Listening, turn taking, and classroom routines
- Bible stories and songs they can retell at dinner
- The stamina for a full, focused learning day
- The VPK runway
Ready for VPK, on purpose.
Everything in this room points at the next one. The routines mirror what VPK expects. The letter and number work lays the base the state standards build on. Even the way we line up for the playground is quiet rehearsal for big kid school.
Best of all, VPK is right down the hall. Same campus, familiar faces, and a free pre-K year waiting when your child turns four. The launch could not be smoother.

Yes, and sooner than you think. Our teachers are experts at soft landings. Most new preschoolers find their rhythm within a couple of weeks, and the friendships do a lot of the heavy lifting.
