Registration and Enrollment Documents
VPK pre-enrollment
If you have been accepted into our VPK program please click on the link below and complete as much as possible. This infomation is very important and everything you include will be transfered to your account with us. To ensure you spot is held in our program we must have the Early Learning Coalition VPK voucher for the student.
Enrollment forms
- You may pick up the enrollment documents at the school between the hours 6:30am-6:00 pm.
